Pansy Happinesses

I realized something today as I was planning some of my social media updates; I’ve shared a few projects from the last swap I participated in and I’ve yet to share the card I made. So today, that’s exactly what I’m doing!

My swap card featured a fancy fold and the fabulous Pansy Patch stamp set, paired with the Pansy Petals DSP.

I love how the vibrant yellow works perfectly with the oranges in the flowers. it’s hard to tell from the photo, but the card is actually a fancy fold (though I’m not sure what it’s called).

Card Measurement:

Basic White card stock base: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scored along the long side at 2 3/4” and 5 3/4”
Basic White: 2 1/4" x 3 3/4" (2)
DSP: 2" x 3 1/2" (2)
Basic White to cut with dies

Card Details:

Cut card base and score. Fold along score lines so edges meet in the centre of the card.
Attach Basic White rectangles to front flaps only adhering on one flap to allow front to open.
Attach DSP to the Basic White rectangles.
Cut tag using the Tasteful Labels dies. Use stylus tip of Take your Pick tool to create embossed edge around tag by running along the edge of the die while the paper is still in the die.
Stamp sentiment in Bumblebee ink at bottom of tag. Add pansies by stamp solid image in Bumblebee ink and outline in Mango Melody. Attach to bottom panel of card front with Stampin' Dimensionals
Tie a bow using White bakers twine and attach to tag with Mini Glue Dot
Sprinkle with Rhinestones to complete
