Good day everyone and thanks for taking the time to stop by. Today, I've got another project featuring the beautiful Painted Poppies stamp set. This card was another of the make & takes from OnStage in Toronto. It was the first opportunity I had to play with this gorgeous suite of products.
The card base is Poppy Parade. The poppy image is stamped in the same colour to give a monochromatic background. Two coordinating pieces of patterned paper from the Peaceful Poppies DSP pack are layered, slightly skewed, to the base. On a piece of Whisper White, the bottom edge is torn to create a ragged edge. Next, the sentiment is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. A piece of Whisper White seam binding ribbon in then wrapped around the top of this piece and tied with a bow, before being added to the base using Stampin' Dimensionals. This is a project that comes together very quickly and has a large impact.
If you love these poppies like I do and missed out on registering for my Painted Poppies class, don't worry as there will be a new class featuring these vibrant flowers added to the calendar. You can also book your own private party (in home or online) to have you and your guests come together to make these poppies come to life. Ask me for details.
Don't forget that during Sale-a-Bration, every $60 you spend earns you FREE, exclusive, products from the Sale-a-Bration brochure. The Painted Poppies entire suite would earn you 3 Level 1 items, or 1 Level 2 and 1 Level 1 item. If you're not sure what this means, send me a message and let's chat.
Happy stampin'!
