About the event

Are you tired of the cold weather and being stuck inside?  I have the perfect solution for you! My Winter Stamping Retreat. 

Currently, this event is planned to take place IN PERSON; however we are at the mercy of the pandemic and gather guidelines.  Currently guidelines limit in person gatherings to no more than 10 people.  Therefore, pre-regisration is now open.

Pre-Registration cost:  $25.  

Please remit payment by EFT to no later than December 1st, 2020.  

Remaining balance of $54 will be due by January 3rd, 2021.

Should we be unable to meet, this cost will be applied to the online alternative, or refunded if you no longer wish to attend.

At this retreat, you will have 8 full hours to work on your own creative projects without the interruptions of every day life!  You'll bring the supplies and I'll do the rest!

- An 8-foot table for you to work at all day

- 10 projects featuring products from the NEW January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue!

- An exclusive retreat bag with a minimum $50 of Stampin' Up! product

- Use of all my non-consumable supplies:  Trimmers, Die Cutting & Embossing, Heat Embossing, Stamps, Dies and more

- Continental Breakfast

There will also be two classes that you may wish to register to participate in.

Can't Attend In Person? Purchase the Retreat-to-Go Option!

Cost:  $79

The Retreat-to-Go option will ship the week of February 1st.

You'll get the exclusive event bag filled with $50 in product that I have transformed into a class containing 10 projects.

A PDF tutorial and video to help you assemble your projects at home.

You'll need your own ink and adhesive to complete the projects for this one. A supply list will be sent as soon as the class is designed. 2 gifts in your package to make you smile!

Some crafty fun and prizes await!

Due to the cost of shipping, the full retreat option and prizes are only available in Canada. If you live outside of Canada, you are welcome to join the group and engage in the fun. You’ll receive the PDF tutorials and videos to create the projects should you wish to follow along. Cost for this option is $30.

PDF instructions and videos will be included and sent via email. Door Prize Draws are included in this option! The optional classes will also be available with the Retreat-to-Go.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot and is due no later than December 1, 2020.  

The balance of the payment will be due January 3, 2021.

NOTE: Due to the nature of this event, all fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this event, the Retreat-To-Go option will be provided.

COVID-19 Info:

This event will take place in accordance with all guidelines as set out by the Government of Ontario and Public Health. Each person will work at their own table to accommodate physical distancing. It is recommended that you bring your own personal hand sanitizer for your table.  You may also wish to bring disinfecting wipes. 

Hand sanitizer will be available in common areas, surfaces wiped down, and tools will be disinfected between each use.

If you are feeling ill, have travelled, or have been in contact with someone with who is ill, please do not attend your registered event. In this case, we will provide you with a Retreat-to-Go option that we will deliver at a later time. Meals are not included in the Retreat-to-Go option.

In the event that the in-person retreat needs to be cancelled, the Retreat-to-Go will be put into place for all in-person retreat registrants.

A COVID-19 Waiver Form must be signed to attend the event in person.

*If a buffet lunch is not possible due to Provincial and Public Health Guidelines, the meal will be adapted.
