All Wrapped Up

Good morning my Stamping Friends! Happy Monday. Did you have a good weekend? Sadly, I didn’t get to spend any time in my stamp room; but I did get all of my Christmas baking done! Do you bake for the holidays? I’d love to hear what types of things you like to bake for the holidays. If you belong to my VIP group, we’ll be doing a “virtual” cookie exchange, so feel free to request access and join in the fun!

Today, I’ve got a super cute project to help you use up those DSP scraps I know you’ve been hoarding; I’m guilty of it too! This card was one we made at a recent Demonstrator training and It’s just too cute...and EASY to do.

Card Measurements:

  • *Whisper White card stock base: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4”

  • Pear Pizzaz card stock: 4” x 2 3/4”

  • DSP: 4” x 1” & 2 3/4” x 1”

You’ll want to emboss the Pear Pizzaz card stock. We used the Wrapped in Texture embossing folders. That will be attached to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next you want to attach your DSP to create the look of a present. I’ve used the Heartwarming Hugs DSP. Finally, you need to dress up your gift. I’ve used the bells from the Sounds of the Season dies in Brushed Metallic card stock, the greenery sprigs from the same does are in Mossy Meadow. They‘re topped off with a bow in the Sheer Real Red ribbon. Stamp a sentiment in Real Red on Whisper White* and cut a banner flag end before attaching; and you’ve got yourself a super cute card!

*Denotes discontinuing product. See Update for information.
