Amazing Thanks

Happy Hump Day! The sun is shining and we are hitting double digit temperatures this week! Spring is on it's way and it's lifted my mood!

When was the last time you sent a Thank You card to someone? Traditionally, such cards have been reserved for sending thanks after a bridal or baby shower, wedding or maybe a party. I believe there are so many reasons to send Thank You cards outside of these traditions. What about sending a note of thanks to someone simply because you value their input and contribution to your life? Today, I have a thank you card using our Product of the Week, You Are Amazing!

This spring-like thank you card would be perfect to send a smile via "snail-mail" and let someone know just how much you appreciate them. Who would be on your list?

Once again, this card is so easily replicated and you can change the feel simply by changing the DSP. Try it out and share it with me! Tag me on Social Media! You'll find me on Facebook (@inkspiremesn) and Instagram (@inkspireme_stephnash).

Card Measurements:

  • Just Jade card stock base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"

  • Just Jade: 5 1/4" x 4", embossed

  • Basic White: 4 1/4" x 3 1/4"

  • DSP: 4" x 3"

  • Basic White: 1" x 4"

  • Scraps of Bumblee and Flirty Flamingo

Card Details:

  • Cut card base and fold in half. Burnish edge with Bone Folder to get crisp fold.

  • Cut Just Jade to size and run through Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing folder. Attach to card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.

  • Cut DSP and attach to Basic White cut 1/4" bigger in length & width. Attach to card base using Stampin' Seal.

  • On strip of Basic White, stamp greeting in black. *I found having a foam mat under neath the card stock helped the image transfer better. Attach this to centre of DSP with Seal.

  • Cut two flowers, one in Bumblebee, one in Flirty Flamingo, using Hydrangea dies and attach to card with Multi Purpose Glue

  • Tie a bow using Bumblebee Gingham ribbon and attach with Mini Glue Dot.
