Hello Friends and Happy International Dog Day! There really is a day for everything; but, in my house, I think every day is dog day because we have one spoiled pooch, lol.
As some of you may know if you follow me on social media, we had to put down my heart dog, Röxi, in June. It's been extremely hard to not have her around, and I'm still prone to crying when I see a photo of her. It often catches me off guard. Luckily, we still have Djemi, who has really made the loss a little easier to handle. She too feels the void that has been left; and, has really become much more of a suck since Röxi left us.
Enough of the sappy stuff; let's get to some inspiration. In honour of the auspicious occasion, I'm sharing a card I made a few weeks back, featuring the Sweet Little Stocking stamp set. This stamp set has the most adorable little pups and kitties and I'm confident you're going to want to add them to your collection.
What I love about this stamp set, is the it's part of a larger suite of products including dies, patterned paper, ribbon; and, embellishments. On my card, I used the stamp set, dies and one of the fun suite products, Jolly Felt Sheets!
I decided to pair this card with a cute little treat bag and again I've used a suite product, this time it's the Sweet Stockings DSP. This fantastic patterned paper contains 12 sheets of double sided paper. One side features adorable animal friends and the other side has coordinating patterns.
These cute little treat bags are so easy to make and You can change the size very easily to accommodate a gift of your choosing.
