What an exciting weekend; or I guess it was Thursday-Saturday!
I mentioned in my previous post that Stampin' Up!® held its annual Demonstrator Conference, OnStage. Normally, this would have been in person; but, you know...pandemic.
So while this year we attended virtually, it was still an amazing three days of stamping, recognition, connection of new products!
There are some definite pros to meeting virtually; but there are also some things we miss out on. Stampin' Up!® in person events usually see Demonstrators sharing treats and goodies with one another; and like any conference, we get name badges with flags to show off our annual accomplishments. So, to bring these experiences to the virtual setting, I spend the days leading up to the event making lanyards to show off my team's accomplishments and gift bags of goodies to enjoy.
I love to see all the amazing things my fellow Demonstrators have accomplished over the year, including those that earned Top Performer awards. As a Demonstrator for the last 10 years, I've never expected to see my name on any of the Top Performer lists, so you can imagine my surprise when my name showed up at #50 for Leadership in Canada! Out of approximately 5,500 Canadian Demonstrators, I ranked among the top 50 in the country... WHAT?!?!
Thank you, to my amazing team, Shut Up & Stamp, and my amazing customers for helping me achieve this huge accomplishment. I'm beyond humbled. It's truly remarkable to love what you do and to be able to share that passion with others; to help your team realize their own potential and see their own personal successes. It was even more rewarding to see one of my team members to also be recognized as a Top Performer!
