Stampers Showcase Blog Hop - "Second Sale-a-Bration"

Good day and Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to InkspireMe! If you're a first time visitor, you've picked a great day because it's time for another Stampers Showcase Blog Hop! I'm hopping with Stampin' Up! artisans from around the globe to showcase this month's theme "Second Sale-a-Bration". For those of you who do not know what we mean, this year is the first time, EVER, that Sale-a-Bration has occurred twice in the same year! You're going to want to keep reading and then click the "NEXT" button to be taken through the hop to see even more inspiration!

For my contribution, I wanted to highlight one of the gorgeous paper offerings you can earn FREE with a qualifying order, Peaceful Prints 12" x 12" DSP. I absolutely love this paper as it's perfect for card making, scrapbooking and packing alike; AND it pairs perfectly with the Peaceful Deer bundle in the July-December Mini Catalogue.

I think these little deer are just too cute for words; and I had so much fun designing this card. I'll be sure to post a complete list of supplies I used at the bottom of this post.

Now, a card is just one way to use this fabulous DSP; and did you happen to notice that there are two patterns used? They are actually from the same piece of DSP, one side has the lovely plaid and the other the deer, all in Sahara Sand. I've used that same piece of DSP to create the below gift box.

Once again, I paired the box with the Peaceful Deer stamp set to create a cute little tag!

Card Measurements:

  • Sahara Sand card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

  • Basic White: 4 1/2" x 3 1/4"

  • DSP: 4 1/4" x 3"

  • DSP: 4 1/4" x 1/2"

  • Basic White: 2 1/4" x 1"

  • Basic White scraps

Box Measurements:

  • Basic White Bottom: 8" x 8"

  • DSP Top: 6" x 6"

  • Basic White: 3 1/2" x 2 1/2"

  • DSP: 3/4" x 3 1/2"

Isn't the Peaceful Prints DSP beautiful; and this is just one sheet! As with all the Sale-a-Bration rewards, this paper pack is only available while quantities last. If you love it as much as I do, don't wait to place your qualifying order to earn this reward for free.

Okay, I think I've done a decent job in showcasing this beautiful paper; so now it's time to hop along to see more Sale-a-Bration reward offerings showcased. Click the button below to be taken to the next blog.

Oh! I forgot to mention you can also get this paper pack free when you join my Christmas Card Club! Registration is still open! Check out my Christmas Card Club page for more details. Here's a little sneak peek at some of the projects you'll be making in September.
