Unicorns & Rainbows

Good day Friends and Happy March! Can you believe we're already three months into 2021? I feel like time is flying. Monday is normally when I would share my Product of the Week with you all, and I will do that a little bit later today; but, I wanted to share this super cute card I was commissioned to make. The details I received are that it's for a little girl turning 4 who loves all things rainbows and unicorns. So I put on my thinking cap and this is what resulted.

I used a retired stamp set, that I actually had to borrow from a friend, "Leave a Little Sparkle". I placed it on my Stamparatus and then used Stampin' Write Markers in Melon Mambo, Rococo Rose, Purple Posy, Seaside Spray and Pretty Peacock to ink the stamp in rainbow order. The joy of the Stamparatus is that if I missed a section or the colours didn't quite blend well, I was able to re-ink and stamp in exactly the same position! I fussy cut out the image and then added Wink of Stella to make it sparkle! The "Happy Birthday" die cut is from the Birthday Chick dies and the "4" from the Playful Alphabet dies.

I am so happy with how this card turned out and I have a feeling the lucky little girl that receives it will be too!
