Well Suited Bow Ties

It’s a winter wonderland outside and there’s no better reason to stay inside and craft! I‘m sharing another project today with the Well Suited suite.

I can totally envision this card going to my grandfather if he were still with us.

Betsy Rouw designed this card and it’s perfect, right down the the tiny heart in the centre of the Night of Navy bow tie.

Card Measurements:

  • Basic White card stock base: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”

  • Night of Navy: 5 1/4” x 4”

  • Basic White: 5” x 3 3/4”

  • DSP die cut

Card Details:

  • Cut card base and fold in half. Burnish edge with Bone Folder to make crisp fold.

  • Cut Night of Navy card stock and attach to card base using Stampin' Seal

  • Cut Basic White layer and stamp bow tie and greeting in Night of Navy from Handsomely Suited stamp set. Attach to card base with Seal.

  • Cut DSP using Suit & Tie dies and attach to centre of card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

  • Add White Resin Heart to centre of bow tie.

So simple, and so effective! Who would you give this card to?
