Aren't these Puffins adorable? I'm absolutely smitten. You're going to want to check out the video as I demonstrated how you can create a scalloped label tag that's cut to your desired size, even if it's outside what the die can cut. A full list of supplies will be found at the bottom of this post.
Card Measurements:
Polished Pink card stock base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Basic Black: 4" x 5 1/4"

Basic White cut with largest circle die
